Always use the ER in Kingwood. They are so kind and trustworthy. Dr Visser took the time to explain everything and was very caring as was his staff Desiree, Corey, Eric, Alisha, and Randall

There is an old lady with gray hair heavy set that works the front reception horrible horrible customer service super rude and wouldn’t take my insurance although it was active and I clearly proved it to her.
And sadly the doctor MISDIAGNOSED ME and classified me as a non emergency.
When I came to HCA they had no problem taking my insurance and she was so happy I came in because I HAD AN Abscess TOOTH!!! Like hello that is emergency!! DO NOT VISIT THIS ER THEY Are not willing to help. Seems like they like to be around the office talking and enjoying themselves and make it seem like you’re a bother when you get there… never again. And I am recommending everyone NOT GO there

Elite Hospital is the place you want to go when you do not feel well! The ladies in the front desk check-in with Ms Allison were very nice and cordial. Dr. Hummel was my Dr. and he was very concerned and explained every thing he wanted to do. By far the best experience I have ever had in visiting an ER. This is a great place in the community. I brought my son in for an emergency and part of the emergency was the nurse being able to properly draw blood. Although he had narrow veins due to dehydration, he must have been punctured over six times before the nurse finally using a butterfly needle. He felt like a pin cushion. She DEFINITELY needs to be re-trained. This was the worse experience with a simple blood draw that I ever seen. Also, although we suspected food poisoning, no GI panel was done nor stool sample taken. This visit was very disappointing, and the quality of care has definitely changed.

9/18 update – Called to speak with Jeremy. Was informed he was out of the office so I left my phone number.

9/19 update – No return call so I called again instead. The receptionist verbally called Jeremy (that was apparently in front of her) and informed him that I was on the call. After being placed on hold, I was told he was not available. SMH … Sigh. I left my number and my call was not returned again. I suspect that whenever you leave a low rating, there is a bot response pretending that someone cares to hear about your concerns when they are not. I would be very suspicious of all the variance between high ratings and low ratings. I will be carefully monitoring the billing to my insurance for medical upcharging.

The compassion are care of this hospital is awesome, especially Lourdes at the lobby front desk. Her patience with me , family and friends was angelic. Thanks for this treatment as we go through this difficult journey with my wife having a stroke.

Amazing people from the front desk to the doctor…

Amazing people from the front desk to the dr! We took our 4 year old son in for a serious respiratory issue and he was seen immediately. The entire staff was wonderful at keeping him calm and entertained while doing an amazing job treating him and arranging for transportation to Texas Children’s. I highly recommend for any urgent care needs.

Elite Hospital Kingwood is the best hospital I have been to in a while. Very warm and welcoming from the start! Prompt service, no waiting, and the physicians are very thorough. Talk about great team work…

As always Dr. Temple is so personable yet totally professional in his work. He took care of my eye problem and I was out and back in tip top shape immediately. His Staff worked with him to expedite the care needed to get me back to seeing again. Erik Miller was fast and caring. Charles White made sure I had the proper drops to my eye and Jared Reeves was there to help with discharge paperwork. Erick Sujo and Katherine H took me promptly to a room. Luisa Rodriguez took care of my paperwork and getting me seen. Talk about great team work! Such a hands-on caring staff. You can’t beat it.

Very happy with the care received…

Kind and caring staff. Professional, yet friendly and treat you like a person and not just a patient. Doctor and staff all had very good bedside manner and were very attentive and thorough. Husband had very severe abdominal pain and within minutes of arriving they had him hooked up to an IV administering pain meds. Very happy with the care received.

Elite Hospital Kingwood is by far the best center to go too for fast and friendly service.. The staff and doctors are so helpful.. Dr. Visser was my physician today and he went over and beyond to figure out the problems that brought me into the center today.. The Rn Jamie and Tech Erick and even the front desk receptionist were also helpful and super friendly… Thank you guys for all your help today..

This hospital is very great and I recommend it…

When I came in I was having an incredibly rough time. I was having intense intestinal cramps that were making me vomit from the pain. Thanks to the nurses Candace, Janey, Christina, Ashley, and Grace they made my experience at this hospital comfortable. It was also thanks to them and the diagnosis from my doctors that I was able to recover fast. This hospital is very great and I recommend it as the place you go for emergency care.
